
ADMINISTRATION
Each school has Departmental Board, which is made up of the Principal, Deputy Principal, the Registrar, and the chairperson of other committees in the institution who have direct link to the Academic Board. The Departmental Board is responsible for student discipline, staff development, resource allocations such as library books and computers. This body further makes/executes decisions on any administrative matters of the institution. Some tasks include: preparing budgets, staff appraisals, maintenance of the physical resources of the institution, student selections etc. The flow chart below depicts the organization and the administration within the college that relates to academic matters.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
The WNB School of Nursing organizational structure depicts the School Board of Governance as it is initially set up at the top, and the Principal in liaison with two other Administrative functions. One is directly in relation to the Administration of the school headed by the Registrar and the Deputy Principal, focusing on curriculum, teaching and students learning capabilities.

GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE
The West New Britain School of Nursing Governing Council was established on 20th of April 2023 and still in operation. The members were appointed to oversee and govern the WNB School of Nursing and to ensure that the services provided by WNBSON comply with the requirements of the Nursing Council and the purposes and functions of the National Department of Health and Department of higher Education Research Science and Technology.
The Governing Council collectively assumes responsibility and accountability for all institutional activities, holding the authority to approve final decisions on matters of fundamental concern within its designated jurisdiction.
